WEDDING INSPIRATION – BLACK AND WHITE WEDDING WITH GREEN AND SPARKLE ACCENTS

I’m going to start off the Inspiration section of Maven Bride with my own wedding colors: Black and White with Lime Green Accents. Even though my wedding is going to be in a small, beautiful church that is 100 years old (literally), I’m going a bit more dramatic for the reception. I’ve always loved the classic elegance of a black and white wedding, and I think lime green just seems to pop on that palette, but one of my favorite accents will be the bits of crystal/rhinestones we plan to infuse throughout the decor.

Some call it bling, I call it sparkle, maybe you have a different name for it, but I think I’ve been in love with sparkle since that day I received my first rhinestone “Dance” pin in high school. It might as well have been diamond encrusted, I wore it pinned to my cheerleader uniform with pride! Now I proudly wear sparkle on almost any accessory, but tastefully of course, there’s no reason to get all Lady GaGa about it.
